The people in the food and catering business are affected by this law. It also affects daily wage labourers, who need nourishment while working, it also massively dicriminates against people belonging to other religions who are not required to fast. Why should such people be treated as if they are criminals if they are found eating and drinking during day time. This is an terribly stupid law and should trashed immediately.
