A man and a woman both Thalassemia patients were married to each other, the result was that 
they had children with the same disease, who a year or so after birth. Marriage is an emotional decision, no one wants consider health problems There are so many diseases which are inherited, yet no one wants to consider them., Either this problem is the result of ignorance and illiteracy yet it exists, no one is interested  in preventing this
People with high blood pressure and heart disease pass on this problem to their children. Diabetes is another disease which is inherited.
