Talking is one means of communicating there are others - but list is too long - anyway the junta has to decided to tax it anyway. Such idiocy can only expected from a military regime. What has the army done for us. In the past 59 years it has lost two wars still it receives 95% of the budget money. Not to make the country stronger but to make the generals richer. The military is the biggest racketeer in the land.
