When the Afghans were fighting the Soviet Union, they were best allies of the the ' Free World'. Their religion was supported and their way of life was never questioned. However after the defeat of the Soviet Union in 1988 - Afghanistan was implicated in an act of terrorism and attacked by the USA and its allies (the invaders) 2001.
This war not only involved having soldiers and hi-tech weapons in Afghanistan, it involved starting a propaganda war.
The faith of the Afghans down to their way of life started being questioned. A campaign started that the people of Afghanistan are against the freedom of the West. A tradition which has been around since time immemorial of boys used for sexual purposes. Even Alexander the Great and his army got caught up in it. Invaders have been defeated in Afghanistan. A leading reason is the feminising of the soldiers. Any soldier would never happy to rejoin fellow soldiers because of the shame of being turned into or used as a woman.
The Mongol invasion and consequent defeat - is because of this. Members of the Mongol hordes, were raped - either they liked it too much or they were driven into state of mind of self-loathing for no longer being the men they used to be.
Every invader has suffered this and gone home, not wanting to surrender to an army which rapes men. It does not matter what the United Nations or the Unicef says - the way of life of Afghans has saved them from invaders. The new Invaders have suffered the same fate in this war without end. The matter of accepting gays in their armed forces is being discussed openly - the conclusion was 'don't ask, don't tell'. The invaders are providing their women - they are raped but they are good to have because they can be kept as wives. But the male soldiers are the target of the lust of the Afghan fighters or turn them into women.
Gay soldiers may survive the ordeal, but the rough sex would definitely take its toll on their minds and their bodies. Before the Invaders go around judging the Afghans on this, they consider they are the ones who attacked and refused to go away.Every single day invaders are killing innocent Afghans that is not considered reprehensible, but what is a part of the way of life of the Afghans is considered horrible.
Any country with its back to the wall -fighting some of the most powerful armies of the world - will resort to anything to defeat them. What is called child abuse, is not necessarily so. It is in fact something which leads to making a very powerful retaliatory force.
Nothing ever is fair in a war. Stealing the weapons of the invaders and breaking their will to fight is a prime concern. Imagine a general amongst invaders is treated that way -he would not be in position to lead his men.
The real barbarians are the invaders not the people of Afghanistan. What they do and how they live concerns no one. Child porn and child sex is a crime in the West, perhaps it should never be.
