Change with changing times

In 1950s right up to the early 1980s, immigrants from the India and Pakistan wore the attire of their towns and villages. Men were required to trousers and shirts. But changes started quickly after the 1980s, women doffed their traditional attire and started getting assimilated in the society they were living in. They stopped wearing the impractical clothes and relaxed.
Now the newer generation is wearing whatever is in fashion in those countries.
Much of the older generations have died and along with them what they valued, what shocked them senseless.
Those women wear skirts and shorts and encourage them to wear their daughters to wear the skimpiest dresses which were in fashion. The Achut caste thrived abroad, because they were treated like human beings. Their going abroad and settling there gave them opportunities they could only dream of in India.

The blessed and the cursed

The only way to get a really grand job is to be in the right place at the right time. Hardwork, talent, ability and intelligence means nothing. All that you learnt at you university or college is worthless. Consider a man working his butt off for years in a company, suddenly finds out the companies boss has been jailed for not paying taxes. The company winds up and the hardworking man ends on the street. He put in his life in the company – now his pension has gone and he is an old man with no chance getting another job. Lots of people try to be become movie stars end up they are too ugly, their voice is terrible and they just simply stupid – it is all matter of being bad luck. Others regardless of how they look get great part in some movie and end up acting in a film which makes lots of money. A good luck also accounts for the fact that some people can get away with mass murder and never be held accountable for their crimes and some one get just kill one person and be jailed for life ...

Mysterious kidnappings

Young students in their twenties are being kidnapped from Karachi and other cities. Though reports about these are kept secret, but with the frequency they are taking place, there is bound to be a leak and people eventually get to know about this. But the question is who responsible and why is it happening. There are no clear answers. But the people who get away by committing such crimes are obviously are very highly placed, they are virtually above the law. No one can arrest them, even though the evidence is overwhelmingly against them. This is a new way to terrorise the people, it simply boils down to this. If the police and other law enforcement organisations are unable to prevent crime, the people would be forced to take up arms against those who murder, kidnap and steal.
