The IMF, World Bank are constructs to keep the world colonised. Nations which refused to take loans from them, their leaders were eliminated. In order to ensure the extension or colonial rule is to ensure that the former colonies remain in debt slavery, never be able to repay their debt. The leaders have absolutely corrupt should steal all that needs to be paid back. The corrupt leave their respective countries and start living abroad, where they spend all their ill-gotten gains. So the colonisation of the world continues in this manner.
The natural resources of the former colonies, are hostage to this kind of deb slavery. In order to pay back the loans.  They cannot sell their natural resources at the price of their choosing. If they did the nations which have doled out the loan, would not be able to pay for them.
Apart from debt slavery is the psychological warfare which is going on. The people are made to feel terrible about their country to such an extent that they want to leave and settle elsewhere. This is done to get the best minds out of that country, they should not work the progress of their own country, should rush out and offer their services in other countries.

It is essential that everyone should be contact with everyone. If terrorists are using cell phones to remain in contact with one another, the police can trace calls, listen to what the terrorists are doing and planning and what they have done. This helps the police in catching them before they can.do any damage. In any case of crisis all lines of communication should remain open. People who need medical assistance can call them.
