No one flies by PIA because its management is filled with blithering idiots who make tall claims of being profitable when in realithy they are losing money on every route. The Federal Investigation Agency have been given the responsibility to fight cyber-crime. To carry out such an endeavour requires tremendous resources and funds, which do not exist. The FIA does not have the resources to combat ordinary crime - the new responsibility would require divereting scarce resources to a sort of crimw which needs lots of manpower and lots of money.
